I have been living there for almost a year and thankfully my lease is almost up. The management, although the staff is polite, is one of the worst I have ever seen. They have a habit of implementing changes and imposing penalties without any first-time warnings. It is particularly aggravating if your car gets towed or you get fined for leaving a trash bag outside the compactor. My parking space is not close to my apartment and I frequently found it occupied when I came back from work. Having 2 cars makes matters even worse. I had to go the office 4 times to get the key to gym even though I called a day ahead. And I won't even bother talking about the noise or the state of the trash compactor. My recommendation is an emphatic no.
