Archstone Burlington formerly Burlington Arboretum

This place is horrible. The apartment paint job is lousy, with parts the painter could not reach not painted. They also painted over outlets etc. Outlet covers were missing upon moving in with two children.
Walls and floors are thin, you can hear your neighbors talk even if they have a normal conversation. That is if your neighbors do talk, there are many youngsters and others who have more power in their stereo than common sense.
Bugs seem to come in from everywhere. We've seen half-inch ants walking down the hallway, bugs in our beds etc. There is a small, badly maintained children's playground that hosts all kinds of bugs and is not safe for small children.
Insulation seems poor. On an 85 degrees day, the AC runs almost non-stop.

I lived at the Arboretum for 4 years and loved it! I loved the location and my neighbors never bothered me. Yes the apartments are a little old so of course bugs can come in but any complain i had was quickly handled. I was sad to leave but we needed a three bedroom and i would go back there in a heartbeat!
