Quality living at a reasonable price

My wife and I moved in to the Arboretum at Burlington from outside of MA. We did not have the opportunity to visit the apartments before we moved in, and so we were making a decision based only on what we could find on the internet and by asking questions of the staff over the phone. In retrospect, we are thankful that we moved in here.
After 8 months living here, we are very happy with the quality and comfort of the accommodations. Rent is a good value when compared with other similarly outfitted apartment complexes in the area. Utility bills are reasonable (natural gas heat/hot water) - especially when compared to an oil-heated multi-family house apartment. The management staff have been extremely courteous and very responsive when we've had questions or raised concerns, and the same can also be said of the maintenance staff.
The grounds are beautiful with mature trees surrounding the property (take a look at an overhead view of the property on a site like Google or Yahoo - you can see all the trees). Even though the apartment community is only 1/4 mile (as the crow flies) from Rt. 128/I-95, the road noise is virtually unnoticeable.
Overall, the Arboretum provides a beautiful residential environment in close proximity to most of the businesses and transportation routes that we rely on. We would recommend this community to others.
