I have been a renter here for about 3 years now. There have been lots of renovations going on plus the new clubhouse which will have a fitness center and saunas. I can't wait!! No problems with hot water, heat or a/c. I have a friend who pays more at Stone Brooks and they don't have hot water quite often. She also complains about youngsters hanging around talking loud and such. It is quiet here. Only 2 units per floor and 6 units the whole building, so it is cozy and private!
