Expensive and not so good

I didn't have major problems in the complex. The working hours of the office could be better. The emergency service is is not really "emergency service". They respond by the end of next day :-) Last year it took them 45 days to fix my heating system in the middle of winter. My AC never worked properly..
TVI is increasing rents like crazy. My last rent increase was 21%, while my sallary increased by 5.7%. I think I am moving out in a few months. The mortgage of a very nice town house is less than the rent of this lousy 2B appartment. Why suffer here?
