Cigarette Smoking hallway

Hi,
This apts are the worst I have seen in my entire life. Management doesn?t take any action against smokers in the hallway of apartment buildings, in-spite of many complaints and reminders. Hallways are full of smoke. It is terrible experience for us in Beacon village. We had to finally go to Town Hall for this problem.

It appears rosy from the outside, but it is really bad experience for may of us
