Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
1.The onebedroom is in fact a Studio. But they charge you for the price of one-bedroom.
2. Very old building, dripping sound everywhere, when you ask them to take a look. They will tell you there is nothing they can do. You have to live with the noise.
3.Even for a one bedroom(a studio in fact), the price they charged is too expensive. In that kind of price, you can easily find a decent one-bedroom with better condition.
4.If you have a mobile phone, there is almost no signal if you stay in the building. You have to go out to use it even it is snowing.
5.Bad office hour, 10am-5pm weekdays. 10am -6 pm on wednesday. you have to leave very early if you have anything to pick up.
overall: you can find a better place, keep looking.
