Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived in Building 33, right by the playground. The kids scream at the top of their lungs, parents don't control them, and even adults are noisy there because there is a BBQ pit there. They blast music and have a grand old time. Management "couldn't do anything about it."
