Place has gone to hell in a handbag. Brick point likes to run the office circa 1950s---They have lost my rent payment twice now. I think they do not even have computers. The office has many a time entered my house and left a note. The note look like it was written by a 2 year old since there were so many errors on it! They have locked up the storage areas---for no apparent reason--there is trash everywhere with no dumpsters to put it in!
The office used to be open til 7 a few days a week and on weekends--now it is open 830-4! Funny how most people work those hours---how on earth can we get anything done.

The office used to be open when it was accessable and the staff was nice and jolly. Very impersonal service now.
The buildings look like a low income dark brown dreary insane asulym! I just moved out! thank god!
