Do NOT sign for a lease under BrickPoint Management! I have lived at Beacon Village for almost two years. I rated the old management at 3/5 only because of maintenance not following through unless hassled several times to do something.

HOWEVER, the new management is rude, nasty, and not upfront about their business with the renters. They removed the garbage receptacles from one side of the complex without notifying the tenants (via flyer or anything) which left trash piling up on the curb.

They are extremely uncooperative with tenants in regards to old management policy and aren't even trying to be patient with anyone. They also changed the office hours to being open only during regular hours (closing at 4 or 430) so it is very difficult to clear anything up with them once I get home from work.

External maintenance of grounds decent, plowing horrible, internal maintenance awful!

Moderate services I can deal with but rude service I will not. I'm moving out as soon as this lease is up.
