It s nothing to advertise that for sure! I had such high hopes when I moved here, foolishly. The property is run by a company one step above slum-lords and seems perfectly fine with that. They have little respect for their property, maintenance and upkeep certainly not up to par with what you would expect in Burlington and of course therefore the tenants have no respect for the property or each other! Generalizations are not fair I know, there are those of us who do try but property looks like streets of Boston on a Saturday night with the trash, pavers broken and not replaced, snow removal is a JOKE, parking spaces- limited to begin with - take up by equipment for months at a time, laundry facilities again limited to begin with- are contently broken, tenants children run wild reeking havoc destroying property and making noise to the point where weekly during the summer the cops are called, the list goes on and on. Managements big concerns: people throwing out their furniture in dumpsters their solve TAKE AWAY dumpsters; and the liability of my having a welcome mat outside my door so I don t track the dirt in to my home because they don t bother to clean and vacuum the hallways and entrances. I suspect that we re one of the lucky tenants our landlord is NOT the management company and is very good to us; we d stay with her but not in this place! It s only slightly less expensive then other properties in area and certainly not worth the savings!
