The management is extremely rude. They are very good with you until you sign the lease. after that, they are horrible. They wudn't even listen to your complaints, leave aside fixing anything. I moved in here recently and ready to leave as soon as my lease is up. They say pets are not allowed and you can see cats roaming around freely in apt complex. bugs and mosquitoes, they have too many of those. I even heard one of the resident compained about Raccoon for almost 2-3 months before they got it out. Insulations is horrible.....and privacy, forget about it. Beleive me, if you move to this apt, you will have to deal with the rude management almost on a everyday basis because nothing is fixed before you move in. They don't even clean vents before move-ins. They use really cheap fixtures, and poor workmanship.

The reason that cats are seen on the property is because the former management company allowed cats, and therefore those residents have the cats grandfathered into their lease. We also have some units that are privately owned and those tenants are allowed to have cats. As for bugs, you will find outdoor critters anywhere.
