Its one of cheapest apartment in Burlington area - next to Lord Baron. Noisy/Creaky floors, inadequate parking , lots of construction activity(next few years) , lack of safety (too many thefts in last few months), lack of diversity are low points of living here.

We lived in apartment owned by private landlord unlike most apartemnts rented by Brickpoint. Maintenance was nightmare for us - stay away from private landlord like plague.

Stonebridge/heritage are nicer alternative in Burlington area.
We stayed so many years beacuse of kids who had some good company.
