Well, going through the review...it s already known that rental office employee's are manner less and brain-dead. And, no they do not behave badly only with Asians/immigrants, but they treat Americans likewise.
A lot has been talked on this issue, so I am not going to elaborate...but say stay away from property management office if you already rent a unit here. And if you are looking for one don t get fooled..
Other things to consider
1) Only one Garbage disposal location for 300 something units..which more or less always full...and no matter where you live...you got carry it all the way..Make sure you ask them to show the location of containers.
2) Road condition is pathetic and full of pot holes. Parking along way ..makes it extremely difficult to drive during snowy day. A lot accident reported every year
3) Poor maintenance of property, no response even if it is to fix water leakage or heating failure.
4) Often impose fines to generate revenue and tow away cars to residents.
5) No washer/dryer in building, make sure you visit the community's common laundramat before making decision.

you are very right! I have to drive around the entire complex to throw garbage. And the property management office are snobbish.
