Please read before you move here

I read the reviews before I moved in and saw how bad they looked and chose to ignore them and move there anyway. And I paid for it. Please, please, please do not make my mistake. As noted in most reviews, the management office is the worst I have ever seen. They are very nice to you until the second you sign the lease, then you are no longer a human being to them. They will not and do not care about the tenants at all. And there is construction throughout the whole complex which affects parking and general traffic because they are EVERYWHERE and do not move for cars until they feel like it. Crews are also constantly entering your apartment unannounced whether you want them to or not and at all hours of the day. Nothing is worse than waking up with two painters standing over your bed smiling at you like freaking idiots at 7am. My floorboards are all loose in my living room so it feels like I am walking in a kid's bouncy castle, the roof leaks everytime it rains and destroyed all my appliances in the kitchen. The bathtub leaks to the apt downstairs and the noise from 95 is insanely loud with windows open or closed. They towed my car twice without any warning during lighter snow storms to make room for plows when it was not even in the way (and I was home at the time so it would have been very easy for me to move my car if they asked) and twice sent me eviction notices because they forgot I was on auto-withdrawl on my rent. All in the all it was/is the worst experience of my life. I hope this helps open some eyes. Look elsewehere and do not let them trap you with their fake smiles and doctored pictures.

My friend, I strongly agree with you and I decided to move asap. It is worst experience in my life to live in Beacon Village. Horrible building and especially the horrible OFFICE STUFF! Rude and mannerless! Things are normally fixed until you completely piss off and yell at them. For the people who live there now, stand up for your rights and leave asap!

The first review is a fake, none of the mentioned issues apply to any of our tenants. Nobody gets served when they are on auto-pay, we always make an attempt call the tenants before we have a tow company come, and we always provide detailed advanced notice for any scheduled construction related work that requires entry to the apartment. If anyone has a complaint, we do encourage that they report it to the office rather than post an anonymous complaint.

Its not a fake review. I had nothing to gain or lose by writing it (except the time I took to write it), it was my honest opinion set forth to help people looking for a place to live. Your response is understandable because you work there and admitting to any of the issues makes you and your complex look inept, which in my opinion it is.

this is not a fake review. I m another tenant and suffer similar problems. The construction while tenants occupying is very disturbing. They change your apartment windows without any insulation or blinds. Put some plastics in for weeks not days and expect you to not complain of cold or privacy. Management wudn't like to talk or tell lies. Once construction people broke a water main line and they had to shut down the water in whole complex without any warning and and when people called they very conveniently told that its a town issue whereas it was right in the complex. Please don't think about moving here.
