Brand new but poor design and poor quality of construction.

First of all they are very expensive especially when you compare to what you get.
Cons:
Air conditioners make lot of noise as they are attached to the building you can even hear and feel the vibration.
The sewer pipes are not insulated so everytime someone flushes above your apartment you will hear a loud noise and they go thru the living room.
The walls are not well insulated for sound between the units. So if someone makes sound in the next apartment attached to your you hear the sounds. But the roof is good, so you will not hear any noise from upstairs.
The quality of construction is poor.
The carpets are poor quality.
Very limited parking
