great if you like noise and paying a lot

The people above me are driving me nuts... the ceilings are not as well insulated as another person suggested. I can hear everything the people through my walls say. Poor quality materials.
The buildings are new so they're still settling, and I've got cracks in a few walls.
Maintenance has taken several months to fix a few problems. I went 6 months without a smoke detector, and it took 2 months to fix water dripping through my ceiling from the shower upstairs.
The office staff are extremely nice and seem to care, but problems aren't taken care of quickly.
The work out room is really nice, as is the look of the place. The apartment is very comfortable and all appliances are new. The full size washer and dryer are fantastic.
Highway noise can't be heard in the living room, but can be heard from the bedroom (which also goes for A/C noise.)
