Like one posting said, most people who write on these boards are the disgruntled ones. I've been totally happy here at Heritage! If I've ever needed anything, all you have to do is call the Leasing Office and everything is fixed! You can't expect problems to be resolved if you never tell management. To respond to a couple of postings: I've never had a problem with parking. I live in 1 Littles Brook and always seem to find a spot when I get home from work (about 6:15pm). It may not be front row, but it's always in front of my building. And as for noise, I have a one bedroom Bedford that is in the dead center of the building, second floor, and I rarely hear anything! I mean, this being my third apartment that I've lived in, let's be realistic... you are not living in a house. Of course you may hear water running through pipes from time to time, but I just thank god that the people who have posted thus far are not MY neighbors because you guys are overreacting! Not only do I know and am friendly with my neighbors but the sound here is definitely the best of any apartment that I've been at. I've lived at places where you could hear the conversation in the next room! The quality of my apartment now is awesome... it's brand new and I really feel that I get what I pay for. This is a luxury apartment! To anyone thinking about living here, I hope you take the place of that one person who's "moving out next month" because so far, everyone I've talked to that lives here is loving it. Good riddance! and welcome to new cool (AND REASONABLE AND REALISTIC) people!
