I wish I had read reviews before I moved into the Heritage because the leasing agent lied. She went on about how the walls and ceilings were very well insulated and you wouldn't hear noise from other apartments, which is completely untrue. The baby that lives in the apartment above me wakes me up on a regular basis, and I can hear the TV from the apartment next to me. Also, she went on about how parking is never a problem, also a complete lie. I can almost never find a parking space close to my apartment, and now the new management has put in ridiculous one way signs that makes it more difficult to look for parking, as well as speedbumps that are designed to ruin your vehicle if you go over 1 mph over them and are an eyesore on the property. I also believe the construction of the property is very poor quality considering we have holes in our floor covered by cheap carpet, and fixtures on the wall (i.e. toilet paper holders) fall apart after a couple months. Also we see crickets around our (very clean) apartment on a regular basis, which is disgusting. Unfortunately I still have several months left before I can move out. On a positive note, the gym is convenient, the washer and dryer are a plus, and some nice shops, restaurants, and a grocery store are nearby.
