The apartments are nice inside & grounds are nice, but are adjacent to rte 128 and high-voltage power lines. Between the traffic noise & the buzzing of the power lines, you can't enjoy the deck.
Once Equity apartments took over, the service went south fast. They do not plow the parking lots or sidewalks all winter, claiming it is the town's responsibility. 4x4 is required to live here. In the spring when the occupancy was down to about 40%, they took on multiple initiatives to improve the appearance & attract new renters, but at a major & sustained inconvenience to current residents. Why didn't they listen to us when we were complaining about the problems we were living with' Occupancy was high at the time & people were paying their rent.
The management staff sends out obnoxius memos that are littered with ultimatums. The latest was in regards to walking pets and threatened eviction if pets were not walked in designated areas.
