After the new management took over, Equity, it is impossible to talk to a human being in the office. They now have an automated answering system so nobody ever answers the phone. You leave messages and they never get back. If you go over there, they are always out either showing units, having lunch, or out some other place.
Now imagine, I moved out a few months ago. Employees of this company walked into my unit *before* my specified move out date, when I still hadn't turned in the keys, took my plant vases and got rid of them so they could clean the unit. I am trying to get reimbursed for this but any attempt is pathetic. Also, I bought some sets of weights to leave in the gym, and I wanted to take them with me when I moved out. Of course, lest they thought I was stealing them, I wanted the management to acknowledge that they were mine before I took them. I've left messages, I was able to even talk to the secretary there when I was doing the paper work to move out (who, of course, has no power to do anything) so they are plenty aware of what I need, no one ever gets back to me after many messages.
It can be noisy.
I was the first one to live in my unit, it was brand new when I moved in. I'm glad that was the case, because the material used in the finishing of these units are of the worst quality. Things started falling apart right from the get go. I would hate to be one starting to rent there after a couple of years. So, being brand new, it was great. Not anymore after a couple of years.
So, beware.
