I've read the other reviews and I have to disagree. I have lived here since it first open and I think things have improved since Equity took over. First of all, the girls in the office are sweethearts; anything I've ever needed they have helped me with. They seem to care about the property itself along with the residents. I do hear some noises, but it's an apartment. This past winter was slippery, but they aren't allowed to put ice melt on the roadways because of the conservation land. The maintenance staff was out there shoveling and clearing the walkways. They even helped me dig my car out of the snow. I tried to give them money as a thank you, but they wouldn't take it. I would recommend this place to anyone!
