I have lived at Heritage since it was first built. I really enjoy living here. The staff is great. Yes, there are more "rules" since the new management took over 2 years ago, but that's just because the previous company never enforced any rules. This company really seems to care about the property and the residents. Like someone else wrote, if you pay your rent and follow the rules then everything is great. I've had some issues and have spoken to the girls in the office. They are very caring and helped me resolve the issues. I plan on staying here for a while. I have lived at other communities and they weren't kept up as well nor did they run as efficiently as this one does!
