I just moved out and the management office is really horrible.
Complaints:
1- They let the garbage overflow out of the dumpster regulalry attracting flies, etc.
2- Did not allow our kids to trick or treat on grounds.
3- Refused to make accomodations for recycling.
4- Closed the pool prematurely with no justification last summer.
5- Said our apartment was in good condition at inspection and then generated almost a $1000 of bogus fees/damages a week later
6- Would leave calendars of "events" with things on like eviction dates etc as oppossed to true events.
7- Would charge for extra set of keys and pass keys to club house even though we rented a 2 bedroom apt.

The building doors are locked at all times for security ,which is why kids don't trick or treat here. They are working on a recycling program and they closed the pool after labor day last year. This person is just trying to make trouble. I love living here!

A letter was sent to residents that because some one had sneaked in to the pool on a sunny day when the club house was closed (due to staffing issues) the pool would be closed early as punishment (to all residents) This was done prior to labor day and I still have the notice.

I can agree with some of things stated here in this review. There hasn't been trick or treating here for the past few years. I think it is because it is a security reasons - all the front doors have to be locked. It doesn't mean that maybe the complex could sponsor a Halloween party for the kids.
Would leave calendars of "events" with things on like eviction dates etc as oppossed to true events - yes that did happen for a couple of months and I always thought it was tacky not to mention unprofessional. It no longer happens most likely because someone took offense and mentioned it.

They did the same thing to us as we left...they tried to charge us $925...$100 for a "broken freezer" (worked just fine), $25 to clean the oven, and $800 to replace pristine carpets (they said they were irreparably damaged). I hope this person didn't pay them the $1000 because we sure didn't. Place sucked. Also, there is no parking here (one time I had to park on the other side of the complex the lot was so full) and they let the animals do their business anywhere and everywhere (one lady had dog urine and feces dripping through the balcony above on to hers.) Don't be fooled by the nice look of the place, it is crap. The title of this rings true...STAY AWAY.
P.S. Oh, and I forgot to mention, they will let ANYONE live here. There were packets of cocaine on the stairwell one time, and they ended up having to evict a family because the children were so bad.
