I have lived at Heritage at Stone Ridge for several years and have enjoyed it very much. The grounds, buildings and units are well maintained. In the summertime the landscaping is serviced on a weekly basis. During the winter the parking areas are kept mostly clear of snow and ice. They offer garage and covered underground parking if you are concerned about that. They offer a variety of unit options which can accommodate single occupants or families with multiple children. The unit I live in is quiet and the common areas of the building are always clean. Mail is delivered directly into the building and packages are held at the office for security purposes. I have never had a problem with making a maintenance request and receiving service in a timely manner. The people that work in the office and maintenance personnel have always been friendly and welcoming. Tenants have gotten much better about utilizing dog walking areas. Yes management does warn tenants about walking their dogs in common areas because it destroys the grass and is hazardous to the health of people walking or children playing on the grass. Parking is not terribly difficult and no parking spot is more than a 3 minute walk to your building. I honestly feel like the majority of negative reviews come from people who have not spent a great deal of time living in apartments. This apartment community is significantly better than others I have lived in, in Boston and the surrounding areas. The positive aspects far outweigh any of the negative ones. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
