The neighborhood is nicely set off of Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, an arms throw from the Burlington Mall.
The Lord Baron complex has the largest Hindu Indian populations I have ever seen. Very nice people, and very respectful of others privacy.
The swimming pool is very large, has great hours, and is well guarded. There is a place with hoses and buckets to wash your car.
The rent increases were a little much for me, no upgrades in appliances or cabinets took place. Ice box and stove were from the late 60's. After a month of complaining that our dishwasher stopped working it was replaced.
I would say that this would be a great complex for college kids, newlyweds, or bachelors. I don't recommend this complex for long term living, as the rent increases are absolutely rediculous
