Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
One can easily find an apartment in a much better rental complex than Lord Baron Apartments.
People living in Lord Baron seem to be lethargic, take things lying arround and do not make it a point to bring problems to the attention of the apartments' management.
In summers you can always find kids of all ages using all areas of the complex including drive ways for play. In winters kids use the public areas inside buidings for play.
