BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I was looking for cheap, but not a dump. Every time I turn around there is a problem, and maintence has no clue how to fix anything. For example I've had a leak in my apartment for a year. I won't bring my son to the playground because it is one big hazard. I am looking for a new apartment and I am willing to pay an extra 200.00 dollars a month.
