Extremely poor maintenance, rude and impolite office staff

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
I have lived in this apartment for 4 years because of its location. It is very convenient for my work and the shopping areas are close by. Area is good and safe.
The apartments are very badly maintained. The appliances are ancient. Maintenance is horrible. I need to complain at least a dozen times even to get the simplest fix. The rent increases every year (even during recession) and maintenance goes down. I have been complaining my air conditioners don't work for more than 6 months. The staff gives various excuses and don't do their job. They came and took a look and said will replace within a week but apparently wrote in teh work order that it is fine. It is terrible. To me it looks like they lie. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. PLASE DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
