I am glad we have a new property manager, Mr. Kevin O'Brien at LBA. Now at least things are getting fixed. I see him around the complex all the time, busy getting things done. I see him period! He shows up at your apt., gets to the bottom of problems and does his best to fix things with long-term solution in mind. He goes out of the way to assist you, he listens to you.

The prev. property manager, Bill (The one who was there 10 years ago but not prior to Kevin) was the worse manager. He never returned your calls, I rarely show him around and he bullied the tenants. Nothing got done unless I called the board of health.

Ms. Karen, the current office assistant needs to learn to be a professional and treat each tenants with courtesy and respect. She is rude, has an attitude yet told me that I have an attitude! Where did she learn to think its ok to say that to your clients! I have always been very professional with her, which she agreed, but has not learned to be one! Why is she still here'

I think Kevin is a great prop. manager but the owner, Kosow mgmt. needs to help him more to improve the conditions of the apartments and the bldgs, inside-out.

There is a lot of room to improve, e.g. better inside wall colors, better locks-security on Bldg. doors, daily cleaning, replacing windows inside the apt. and replacing kitchen cabinets to bring the apts. more upto date and attractive.

Kevin works hard and is willing to improve things, he needs mgmt's help. Thank you Kevin.
