I read the most recent review, and feel I need to point something out. I have just left home ownership, sadly, to resume being a tenant. I have lived in many apartments and have always had deep concern about the level of privacy I have had. All building owners/managers have had full access to the apartment at all times whether I liked it or not. Welcome to tenancy. Secondly, I have lived there 6 months and have only had a bout with moths, and several ants that came in off the trees. I used to get them in my home and had to exterminate there too. Welcome to Mom Nature's world. Rumor is that some of the buildings have roaches and mine does not. How'd they get their I wonder'(Hint: it wasn't Kevin who brought them in.) They, in fact, exterminate for "city pets" which is to their credit. Try living somewhere where they refuse to believe there's a problem (I have, it's fun chasing them!). I'm paying less than the report states--$1,140 for a 2 bedroom. Rents might be coming down and it's time to look around. But Burlington is horifically expensive, and it's almost always cheaper elsewhere. I landed at Lord Baron as a divorce refuse and so far they have been fine. Not as good as Charlesbank Gardens, but certainly as good as Arlington Gardens (that's where the resident super chased me around for a date). Kevin's okay, not perfect, but reasonable if you approach him professionally and rationally. The building manager is a puppet not the tyrant. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
