Too much Noice, Sevage issues From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   If you like Noise this is best one too stay. Ground floor is the best place to enjoy all the steps sounds & some times you feel like some one is physically hitting you. I can say this situation is best to describe as Dolby or BOSS or latest JVC Audio effects. Some times water comes back to your bath tub Ofcourse this problem is again for who want to stay in ground floor. If you have new vechicle(Car or Van)be ready for your duductable & insurance claim. Very high possibility paint scraches & dents(it is normal here Basket Ball,other play stuff will hit your car)
