Ok, I've been living in apartments for the last 7-8 years, so I'm not new to them. This is also my 4th apartment. And also the worst place I've ever lived at.
Mice, roaches, noisy neighbors, delays in clearing the walkways and parking lot of snow and ice, washing machines that frequently-flood, VERY rude management.
Oh, I'm 30 years old, and I think the AC and kitchen appliances are older than I am.
But perhaps most importantly(this is in building 2), the fire alarm is almost completely inaudible from inside the apartment. If you have a TV on or are asleep and it goes off, you're not gonna hear it and so God help you(that's really my biggest worry with this place).
'nuff said.

You left out the late nite orgies at the pool with the older and perverted management and crew in the mid 70's

The mid 70s ? Who was the manager then? I lived there then when I was 15 and was asked by one of the workers to go for an after hours swim at the pool. He scared me

Horrible Manager The Manager at Lord Baron is a totally arrogant and indecent person. I've never seen such a person in the whole USA. She is not courteous, never pays attention to what we say. Totally uncooperative.
