Very Nice Place to Live

If you MUST live in Burlington, this is probably one of your best bets. The 1 bedroom apartments are quite small, but they have large closets and washer/dryers right in the apartment which is a huge plus. The landscaping is very nice and the buildings are extremely well-maintained. The staff is terrific and repairs are prompt. Once my oven clock wasn't working and they gave me a brand-new stove! The pool is nice and they gym, while small, is adequate. There are also saunas, which is a bonus. The apartments are well-designed for sound proofing. My complaints are that the rent is very steep for such a small apartment $1590--and I'm certain that there are a lot of people living around here who don't pay full price. Also, the kitchen is REALLY tiny--not much bigger than a hotel kitchenette, though there are other floorplans with bigger kitchens. The thing I hate the most is that the hot water tends to be inconsistent ever since they purchased a new boiler and they can't seem to remedy the problem. This is the one and only thing I haven't seen them take care of correctly, but it's a real annoyance and certainly not something you should have to deal with when the rent is so high.
