Nice place, but expensive and noisy

In overall, the architecture is nice and landscaping is good (except in winter since bad road maintanace makes impossible to climb those small slopes). The apartment is pricey for the overall condition, but the biggest problem is that you can hear anything that your neighbors are doing.
