Have to agree with another reviewer that the overall maintenance seems to have slipped over the years; the place is ageing and some of the common areas could use some spiffing up. But overall still a comfortable, relatively quiet, convenient place to live. Nothing in the local area beats it. Try to get a top floor apt facing the conservation area for the most peace and quiet!
