I had to move in at a very short notice as my house which was on market suddenly attracted a buyer who wanted to close within days. The management was very friendly and although they knew I was in a bind they gave me a very fair price. They really worked and made it very simple for me to move-in which took a lot of headache away.

The complex has a conservation land in the middle which keeps the place very natural and green. The buildings are a little old but are very well laid out. Ample parking. Nice clubhouse with a just renovated gym with sauna. NO ISSUE WITH HOT WATER AT ALL in my apartment at all as the previous posts suggested.

Absolutely beautiful location for a family with 2 kids. Walk to Library, park, right across town rec center and 2 min drive to the Bank and Grocery. 3 mins walk to the school bus stop from my apartment.

Overall, we are enjoying our stay and I must say that the staff is very friendly. We are on the third floor have two very active kids and my main concern was sound disturbing the neighbours but so far that concern seems unfounded. Very quiet yet very central location.

Great:
1. New Glass top range
2. Brand new Washer, Dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher
3. Central A/C and gas heat
4. Ample parking

Wishlist:
1. Children's playground.
2. Management can organize renter's get-together with some free food. They have a great clubhouse and nice pool.

Moveout Comments
I moved out of the apartment July 2009. They arranged for a month-to-month lease after my initial lease for 8 months expired. Since I finally moved out on 11th July they even adjusted the rent on a daily basis with my security deposit.

They gave me two free rentals to the clubhouse. Accepted all my deliveries(I am an online buyer). The gym with brand new equipments and two flat screen TVs is more than I could ask for in an apartment complex.

Simply awesome management. If I return to this area StoneBrook will be my first choice.

There was absolutely no issue with heat or hot water.
