The playground is awfull. They don't do anything for outdoor family fun. They raise your rent every year. I wouldn't mind the price increase if they put a new playset together and kept it up.

snow storm They didn't plow one single time during the storm...its the day after the blizzard and they still aren't shoveling or plowing... 38" of snow and they won't answer the phone.. Nice!

Decent I lived there for a few months. It´s alright. Nothing special but the price is good. Pain in the ass to get out on the highway in the summertime. Bourne police seem to spend alot of time here too.. mostly over domestic matters. Nothing major though.

Its the Ghetto in Cape Cod Too much drama here. I live in Canalside for 2 yrs. Parking is bad and people scratch your car because of small spaces, and the fact they just dont care. I dealt with many drug addicts that have caused many scenes infront of children. Staff dont care about issues
