The convenience to T stop, MIT campus, and Kendall Square is unbeatable. Unlike the other reviewers, I have not seen a single roach or other pest, and I think the kitchen and the bathroom are fine. The windows are the old, inefficient kind, but there is always ample (sometimes too much) heat in my apartment. Management is great; they were willing to work with my situation and come up with a compromise that I think is quite in my favour. Concierge is great, too; most have great attitudes and are very friendly.
