The location is great, close to many buses and the redline. The noise from outside is the only real problem. The management really should have the windows soundproofed. (although the problem with the garbage piling up is still an issue, but it only lasts for a couple of days -- until the next trash day, I guess).
The apartments themselves are nicely sized and have new-ish appliances. For the price it is a nice choice. However, if the prices keep going up there may be other options that give you more (quiet) for your money
