Old apt., mgmt company not that good - The apt. is old, with no dishwasher/disposal. Heat was stuck in the "on" position in my apt. and could not be fixed-very annoying. Weird setup and bad paint job. The mgmt. company is VERY cheap-they kept part of my cleaning deposit for no good reason and refused to answer my repeated requests as to why they kept it.
