Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Location to harvard square is wonderful, bus lines run constantly however the landlord is negligent, maintenance requests go unanswered and the Cambridge Housing authority knows him by name. I would stay away from these 3 units, but anything not managed by this guy would be a great location to live in. Parking runs over 150 per month and he will tow anyone who temporarily parks while loading/unloading.
