A great place and landlord

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I lived here for about two years. I really like the place:
1. The landlord is a very approachable and an understanding person. He gives his tenants his phone numbers to report to him or his assistant any problems they note. He responds to call immediately, listens to tenants complaints and tries to solve what he can immediately.
2. The apartments have a recycling area next to the parking lot, something that I really appreciated.
3. The proximity of the apartment to workplace and leisure areas, such as Harvard Sq., Fresh Pond, the T-Station, Charles River and shopping centers is very appealing to someone who likes to run and walk to work.
4. However, the apartment s floors, doors, and windows still need some repair work.
5. I recommend the apartment.
