808-812 Memorial Drive

Not a very nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have lived at 808-812 for the past couple of years and am now waiting for my lease to run out so that I may move on to a more professionally managed complex. The area overall is nice and in a convenient location. I have never really had any problems with other residents and the maintenance people are very responsive and good. The management staff on the other hand are something less to be desired. They come off as rude and with an "I'm better than you" attitude. I have heard many complaints from other residents as well. I cannot recommend this complex to others. The expense it not worth it.
