Good deal if you get a river view From: fiesole Date posted: 8/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Cambridge is expensive, and 812 is relatively reasonable in terms of market rent. I lived here for two years and had a river view apt for 1475. The bathroom needed updating but the rest of the unit was clean and functional. Neighbors were quiet on either side apart from the ocassional blips. Some residents would congregate downstairs and behave sort of loudly or inappropriately but Ive learned that just comes with city living. Mantienance was very responsive, and I found Ellen (office manager I think) to be pleasant and helpful with my few issues.
