It's pretty good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I live on the 17th floor and have been here for about two years. Compared to other apartments on Memorial Drive it is an excellent value for the money. Good things -Maintainence is quick to respond to problems -Garage parking for $75 is a good deal for the area -Great views -Mostly quiet (apartments have thick walls). -Very covenient location -Right next to Whole Foods and Brooks Pharmacy. Whole Foods is awesome. -People are pretty friendly, don't bother each other Not so good things -Elevators can be slow at times -Ellen (secretary) is rude. Just avoid her and you'll be fine. -There is some low income housing in building. I don't really have a problem with it, but feel it's info that should be shared with potential renters.
