This place is okay.
Moved in a month ago.
Good - Close to Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Trader Joes, Micro Center. Nice park across the street. Right on the river. Nice views. Management is quick to respond to issues. Affordable and available parking.
Bad - Why wasnt I told about the low income housing' - dont care, very nice people here - but should have been informed. Elevators can be way too slow. The building is not air conditioned...so as soon as you get in the hallway its hot. Carpet in the hallways needs to changed!
