Expensive Electricity, Nice Apartment.

I live in the 10 Centre Street part of the building, and our apartment gets VERY cold. Because of the electric heat, we paid up to $350/month for a 3 br for our electric bill.
But the apartment is spacious, there are lots of closets, and the security is good.
It is kind of a pain to go next door for laundry but could certainly be worse. Parking is extra I think, but I don't have a car.
I am a fan of overhead lights, but here there are none.
Brand new windows, lots of light in the bedrooms. Overall I liked this place.
