Good Apartment but many parts of apartment break down easily...

Strong point:
-Secutiry is good
-Nice view of Cambridge
-Relatively clean in the apartment
-50% very Quiet and 50% very noisy
-Management is very friendly and pleasant
Weak point:
-The garage entrance breaks down time to time
-Reparing exterior wall is very noisy at the moment(it's been happening for three months which they said they would have finished before three months)
-Since the apartment is not that new, many things breaks down regardless of high rent.
-Management should takes care of reparing anything more timely fashion
-No overhead lights

Completely agree. This old building needs constant work. For instance, the management has been working on the boiler for many months now, needing to stop the tap every month or so. Despite these efforts, the hot water level is still unstable and showers fluctuate from scalding to icy and back every few minutes. As another example, there is always one or two broken washer/dryers in the laundry room.
