If you have any sort of job with normal day time hours you will find it very difficult to get your packages. They will either be left out in the lobby which is publicly accessible or taken to the management office which opens late and closes early with long lunch breaks. If you ask for for your packages to be delivered it will be weeks...

Also our heater blows hot and cold even when set to hot. And our air conditioner spritzes from working to not, we were told that is just normal for that kind of unit.
